US business buying / headwear
Bring the cap construction, artwork, quantity and US destination. As an independent sourcing partner, we help seek factory wholesale quotes on one agreed specification, with open questions visible before you decide.

Compare the same order
A quotation for loose caps does not match one including individual bags, hangtags and marked cartons. Record material composition, fabric weight where relevant, crown structure, brim shape and adjustment method alongside the number of finished pieces.
For a planning example, 24 cartons with 50 pieces each represent 1,200 caps. This is arithmetic for an RFQ, not our MOQ or a supplier capacity statement. Split quantities by colorway and size run, then ask whether the supplier applies a minimum to each artwork variation.
Request carton dimensions and gross weight for the quoted pack, rather than borrowing figures from a similar style. Compare freight, sample charges, digitizing and packaging separately before calculating total procurement cost.

Separate the size run, hangtag content and assortment pack ratio. A photographed color is a reference until a physical swatch and sample are approved.
State the required arrival date and issue location. A production estimate excludes transit and approval time unless these are specifically quoted.
Identify embroidery area, thread colors, backing and artwork revision. Seek a stitch-out on the proposed material before approving the decorated cap.
Each route begins with an intended use, not an assumption of suitability. Review buyer-use questions or read the procurement brief.

Outline fabric, adjustment range, decoration placement, quantity by variant, packaging, destination and target timing. If budget is open, explain whether you prioritize finish, customization or unit cost. A supplier preference describes your buying priorities; it is not a verified merchant rating.
Factory quotations, availability and lead time remain subject to supplier confirmation. Samples and exact-item documents need review before an order is approved.
