Information you submit
The inquiry form requests a first name, work email, company, optional phone number and procurement requirements. You may provide an optional budget, currency, budget basis and merchant preference. These optional choices are combined with your requirement text for submission; they describe purchasing priorities rather than an assessment of you or a verified supplier tier.
Purpose of the inquiry information
Submitted business information is intended to clarify the cap requirement, coordinate sourcing questions and prepare comparable quotation requests. Provide information relevant to the purchase. Avoid sensitive personal information, payment details or confidential artwork in the initial form. The form does not provide a file-upload facility. Artwork exchange and confidentiality arrangements can be discussed before files are shared.
Supplier coordination
A useful supplier request may need product specifications, intended use, quantities, artwork requirements, packing and destination details. The scope and information needed for any sourcing arrangement should be clarified before work proceeds. This notice does not establish that an inquiry has been delivered to a factory or that a supplier has accepted confidentiality or production obligations.
Browser storage
The sourcing support component records its initial display time in localStorage, using a site-specific key, to limit its display window to a maximum of 7 days. Closing the support banner is remembered in sessionStorage for the browser session. Opening or closing the component does not reset its initial display time. These entries control interface display; they are not proof of buyer qualification or an approved benefit.
Data choices and requests
Use the contact form to ask about your submitted business information, request a correction or raise a deletion question. Identify the inquiry using the work email and relevant product context, without adding sensitive documents. Any retention or disclosure obligation associated with a later purchase must be considered under that separate agreement and its applicable requirements.
Site and service limits
Do not assume a submission has been received solely because a browser displays this page. This website does not promise an unconfigured response time or describe an established production endpoint.
