Inquiry option
Reset the search or describe your required cap in an inquiry. Availability and configuration will need supplier confirmation.
A name identifies the inquiry family, while the specification defines what is requested. Include accessory type and use, material composition, fabric weight if relevant, panel count, structured or unstructured crown, brim construction, sweatband and size or adjustment method. Give fit measurements in cm or in rather than relying on an adult or youth label.
State the decoration placement, artwork dimensions, thread colors and approval revision. Ask which digitizing charges apply and whether the proposed stitch-out will be made on the quoted material. A photograph or digital mockup does not approve stitch appearance on the curved cap.
Quantity should identify finished pieces or dozens and the split by color, size run and artwork. Add piece and pack configuration, individual bags or hangtags, pack ratio, US delivery ZIP code and required arrival date. Ask the supplier to confirm carton dimensions, gross weight and any minimum quantity by variation.
Budget can be a range, with a currency and per-piece or whole-order basis. A merchant preference describes trade-offs between finish, customization, service and cost; it is not a verified supplier rating. Quotes, samples, production timing, documents and stock remain open until the supplier confirms the exact scope.
Review the quote checklist for comparable cost lines, read how we source, or use the cap procurement brief. Send your requirements when you have enough detail for the next discussion. Mark each unknown feature for confirmation, including replacement materials or alternative pack arrangements that could affect the purchasing decision.
